Chairman of the Convention People’s Party CPP Hon Eric Jerry has added his voice to the many who have advised government on COVID – 19, a pandemic that has taken over the world by surprise.
According to Hon Eric Jerry, GHANA is in no way qualified for a lockdown because most of its citizens can never get access to some basic necessities of life without going out. People depend on their daily income to survive, people use public toilets in their everyday lives. How can these people survive if there is a lock down? He questioned in a statement copied to Mynewsghana.net
The CPP Chairman who also doubles as the Chief Executive Officer of Tema City Football club argued that the current state of the nation depicts the level of failure and retrogression that the NPP and NDC have brought Nkrumah’s Ghana.

A Country like Ghana where a community of 400 houses have only 5 public toilet, people will be frightened if there should be a lockdown.
Many people are homeless. Many people are jobless and will have to go to out every day before they can feed themselves.We don’t have frequent of Water supplies and electricity in our homes
